Tartu City Museum is located at 23 Narva Highway, just 500 metres from Town Hall Square.
Pram and wheelchair access is available via the courtyard entrance.
On foot: From Town Hall Square, move towards the river. Cross the bridge and the road on the other side. In front of you, you’ll see a beige-coloured building: this is where Tartu City Museum is located.
By bus: There are two bus stops close to the museum: ‘Linnamuuseum’ (buses 4, 8 and 21) and ‘Atlantis’ (buses 1, 2, 4, 8, 21 and 22).
By car (from the city centre): From the Kaubamaja department store, drive past the Tasku shopping centre and over Võidu Bridge. Turn right before reaching the Konsum supermarket. Park in the museum’s courtyard on your right. Parking is free for visitors.
Ticket sales end half an hour before the museum closes!
